Dear Families, Starting on Monday, students will be provideddaily virtual learning suggestion guide with 15 minutes of interactive activities for each subject (I have attached the entire week's daily guides below). There will be 3 activity options for each subject area. Students will have the opportunity to send me pictures of their work or record videos of them explaining their work so I can provide them with individual feedback. These activities will not be graded, but are strongly encouraged in order to aid in your child's at-home learning experience. Additionally, on Fridays from 1-2pm I will have virtual office hours on a live video chat called Zoom; I will send out the link via Class Dojo with instructions as we get closer to Friday. During this Zoom chat, if you choose to attend, I will show you how to access my Leesylvania Class page,as well as how to access and log in to different websites. If you have questions between now and then, I will be available through Class Dojo and email: MattheVJ@pwcs.edu

Thank you so much for all that you are doing at home to help your child! I miss them so much! Take care and stay safe!

Dear Families,

Each student has an Office 365 account that can connect them to a variety of free educational apps, including Brain Pop Jr., Wixie, and much more! Students must log in through Clever to access these apps. Login instructions can be found in the "Files and Documents" section.

Please don't hesitate to send me an email or DOJO message if your child cannot remember his/her username or password.

Thank you!

Families and students,

I will be uploading all documents and resources to my class page as well as our Class DOJO site. If you click on the "files and documents" page, all resources can be found organized by subject.
As of right now, these are optional and only to guide you in your at home learning.
I greatly appreciate all of your support with this!

We can do this! We are a team.
Stay safe.

Mrs. Matthews

Our daily schedule vs a recommendation for home! Consistency is key! Please remember this is only a recommendation if you are having trouble finding your own schedule or want to mirror what we do at school each day! Each instruction block is 45 minutes long! We don’t want to overwhelm students with independent work for longer than we should! Let them play! Best wishes :)
